Shipping
Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days within the contiguous United States. Orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days are usually shipped the same day.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 are charged a flat shipping rate of $6.99.
At this time we ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding international shipping and will announce when it becomes available.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The credit will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Products
Yes. All Titan Performance products are manufactured in a cGMP-certified facility and undergo third-party testing for purity, potency, and safety. Certificates of Analysis are available upon request.
Yes, our natural acid formula is safe for most coated and polished surfaces including wheels, glass, porcelain, and fiberglass. Always test on a small inconspicuous area first.
Subscriptions
When you subscribe to a product, you receive a discounted price and automatic delivery on your chosen schedule (monthly, quarterly, etc.). You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
Yes. Log in to your account, navigate to Subscriptions, and select the subscription you wish to modify. You can change the delivery frequency, update your shipping address, or cancel.
