30-Day Return Guarantee

We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not satisfied, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked on unopened items.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • Products must be unopened and in original, unused condition in their original packaging.
  • Items must not show signs of use, tampering, or damage caused by the customer.

Opened or partially used products are not eligible for return unless the product arrived defective or materially different from its description.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@titanperformance.store with the subject line "Return Request — Order #[your order number]".
  2. Include your name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. We will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
  4. Pack the item(s) securely and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the package to the address provided in our return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product or an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and either send a replacement or issue a full refund at your preference.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products (unless defective).
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Items not in their original condition or packaging.

Subscription Orders

Individual shipments from a subscription plan are subject to the same return policy as standard orders. Cancelling a subscription only stops future shipments and does not automatically trigger a refund for any already-shipped order.
