Shipping Policy

Free US Shipping
Titan Performance Products offers free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States (the 48 lower states). There is no minimum order value and no promo code required — free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days of placement. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET on a Friday or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the following business day.
Estimated Delivery
After shipment, standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. Actual transit times may vary based on your location and carrier network conditions. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx at our discretion based on package size, weight, and delivery destination. Carrier selection does not affect the estimated delivery timeframe.
Tracking Your Order
A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order leaves our facility. If you have a customer account, you can also view tracking information from your order history.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally. We ship within the United States only. We hope to expand shipping destinations in the future — please contact us to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@titanperformance.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and replace or refund your order as appropriate.
