1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from Titan Performance Products. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities sold. Prices are listed in US Dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping (though shipping is currently free on all US orders).

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions are accurate. If a product is materially different from its description, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange a return.

3. Orders & Payment

An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraud. If an order is cancelled after payment is processed, a full refund will be issued.

Payment is processed at the time of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payment processing is handled by Accept.blue (operated by KAJA, Inc.) and is PCI-DSS compliant.

4. Subscriptions

If you enroll in a subscription delivery plan, you authorize recurring charges at the selected interval and discount rate. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle.

5. Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Processing time is 1–3 business days; estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. For shipping policy details, see our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. For full details, see our Return Policy.

7. Product Use & Safety

Our cleaning products contain acidic compounds. Always read the product label and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use. Follow all safety instructions. We are not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, improper dilution, or use on surfaces not specified as compatible.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Titan Performance Products and is protected by US copyright law. Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Broward County, Florida. You waive any objection to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
